Combine all ingredients except the dill sprigs in a bowl (thaw prawns if they are frozen); toss together until well mixed. Cover with plastic wrap; refrigerate overnight.
When ready to barbeque, preheat grill to medium heat.
Place four foil pieces on counter; divide seafood mixture among them; top each with a fresh dill sprig. Seal foil packets by bringing up the foil side nearest you and opposite you. Fold together several times until the fold rests down on the packet of seafood. Bend up ends and scrunch together to seal tightly.
Place packets on grill; barbeque about 8 minutes. Take care when opening the packets as the steam will be very hot.
