Mixed Greens with Berries

Ingredients

75 mL fresh raspberries or blackberries 1/3 cup
30 mL Western Family olive oil 2 tbsp
15 mL Western Classics balsamic vinegar 1 tbsp
5 mL Western Family Dijon mustard 1 tsp
1 garlic clove, minced 1
3 mL Western Family honey 1/2 tsp
1 shallot, finely chopped 1
2 L mixed greens 8 cups
250 mL fresh raspberries or blackberries 1 cup
125 mL Western Family feta cheese 1/2 cup

Preparation

Combine all dressing ingredients except shallots in a blender or food processor. Blend until smooth. Transfer to a small bowl. Stir in shallots.

Place greens in a large serving bowl. Drizzle with dressing and toss to coat. Sprinkle with feta cheese and berries. Serve immediately.
