Preparation
Preheat oven to 165º C (325º F).
Trim any excess fat from chops.
Blend the next 6 ingredients; pour a little of the sauce into a roasting pan.
Lay the chops over the sauce in a single layer and pour the remaining sauce over the chops.
Place a lemon slice on top of each chop.
Cover and bake for 30 minutes.
Accompany these pork chops with green vegetables, a salad and brown rice for a well-balanced meal.
